We work with optimized fulfillment partners across the UK, EU, and select international hubs to ensure reliable delivery.

Europe: 6–15 business days
Rest of the world: varies by region
Order processing: 1–3 business days
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email, allowing you to follow your package in real time.
While most orders arrive sooner than expected, delivery times may be affected by factors such as customs inspections, local courier delays, weather conditions, or holiday seasons.

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the day your order is delivered.
If your item doesn’t meet your expectations or doesn’t fit your needs, you may request a return.
To qualify for a return:
Item must be in original condition
Item must be unused and in original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
Once your return is approved and received, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Refund processing typically takes 7–14 business days after inspection.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return and offer a replacement or full refund.
For hygiene reasons, earbuds and bone conduction headphones must be unused and sealed unless defective.
